Offline:

- The film started off with typing on the screen, and then transitioned to the titles
- The music sets an unsettling and creepy feeling
- Transitions back and forth between a girl held hostage in a cage and her peers looking at her on social media, wondering where she is.
- The music throughout sets the horror feeling
- Lack of a plot
- Low-Key Lighting is used
- General Camera angles
Dear Lover:
- Genre-Romantic Drama
- Song was credited in the beginning.
- Has an outdoor setting.
- The music fades, and a voiceover, which is probably the girl's thoughts begins.
- Flashbacks
- Different camera angles
- Dialogue between the two characters is hard to hear
- Has a clear storyline
Dare to Thrill:
- Genre-Action
- The music was overbearing.
- The film needed more lighting at the beginning.
- The addition of seeing on screen what was on the phones is impressive.
- Good camera quality, camera angle in the beginning.
Always Watching:
- Genre- Horror
- Overall, the acting was not convincing.
- Lots of dialogue at the beginning.
- The story was confusing with all the cutting for transitions.
- Not a good inclusion of camera angles.
- The ending is not well cut off.
The Blue Boar:
- Genre- Musical
- Mise-en-scene was used well
- Music is well composed
- Great camera angles
- Great editing work
White Coat:
- Genre- Sci-fi (Science Fiction)
- Title sequence done with great animations.
- Camera quality, camera angles and editing look almost professionally done.
- The sounds add a nice mysterious touch, like the scientist is up to no good.
Stalker:
- Genre- Horror
- This film does not have music.
- Has varying camera angles, sounds and and titles.
- Included sound effects like a phone alarm, a camera taking a picture, a beating heart, and suspense sounds.
- The sound quality is extremely quiet.
- The sound effects are too loud.
Nostalgia:
- Genre- Drama
- The film has good transitions
- Has a great storyline
- The music is quite fitting
- The colors make it more eye-catching.
Summary: Overall, I have been able to pick bits and pieces of the decent qualities from each film opening and have a general idea of how I am going to technically execute my own film opening. I took the most from "The Blue Boar" and " White Coat."
